Blackcurrant - Ben Conan

Ben Conan is a fairly compact, early/mid season modern variety bred by the Scottish Crop Research Institute. This variety is mildew resistant, and very frost hardy, so it could suit a cold spot. The fruits are very large. Later fruiting variety, July to August. Self fertile. RHS Award of Garden Merit.
