Hampen Heritage Pizza & Flatbread Flour - 1kg
We've sourced this organically produced wheat flour from a Cotswolds farm called Hampen! The heritage wheat grown at Hampen is a mixture of 100 different varieties of old and ancient grains collected from all over the UK and northern Europe. The wheat seed is cleaned on the farm and then sent to Stanway Watermill near Winchcombe, where it is stone ground and sifted.
This flour is ideal for homemade pizza and flatbreads.
