Holy Smoked Single Gloucester

Godsell's Single Gloucester smoked over oak and beech chippings giving a flavour of kippers and bacon, this is evident of a traditional smoke. Of course it has not been anywhere near kippers or bacon. Once smoked the cheese needs to be packed and allow the smoke to penetrate the cheese for a couple of days. The rind of this is also ok to eat. Goes well with a local thick honey and shortbread. Average pack size 180g
